Short Answer question

How was the creation of new countries out of A-H going to prevent nationalism from beginning another World War?

In answering the question be sure to discuss:

1. A-H as the "powder keg" of Europe and why the Archduke was killed (desire for independence and frustration over A-H rule)

2. The number of new countries created on former A-H lands, their names suggestive of ethnic lines, and merging of existing countries.
