Chapter 1 study guide (test 9/18)

For all study guides students need to write a short explanation defining each term or name and why it is significant to the chapter. Study Guides are due THE DAY OF THE TEST.

for example: Winston Churchill: British Prime minister during WWII.

Students must include why Churchill was significant: Churchill kept the morale of the British up and helped to prevent Nazi invasion.

Students need both the definition and significance to receive full credit. Sentences should be short and concise.
